General

• All offers are made in good faith, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect publication of adverts etc.
• Offers may be withdrawn at any time
• For Couples, Elegant Beauty, Boudoir and any other more 'personal' photography due to the nature of some of the photographs all clients must be over 18, if you are younger we will modify what we take but a Parent or Guardian MUST be present at the photo shoot and the viewing. Please note we only photograph in a way that you are comfortable with, we want you to look good in all the photographs, not nervous or worried... we really want you to have fun!!!
• Unless specifically informed otherwise any photographs taken may be used for advertising purposes, but only for or on behalf of 'george white photography'. However we will contact the subjects of any photographs that are of a 'personal' nature, individually.
• Copyright of all photographic images, digital or prints, remains the property of 'george white photography'
• All photographs will have our logo printed on the front

Portraits

• Only one voucher or offer can be used by any one family (family means anyone related through marriage, civil partnership, common law partners, children, parents, siblings etc)
• All booking fees and promotional offers are payable at time of booking
• At least 24 hours notice must be given to change, postpone or cancel appointments. An additional fee may be required if less than 24 hours notice is given or the appointment is missed.
• Where a complimentary session is part of the offer, a £25 deposit may be required, this will be refunded or may be used against any purchase, so long as both the session and viewing appointments are kept, or at least 24 hours notice given.
• Only one viewing per session, please ensure all parties required to make decisions can attend.
• Full payment is required on order however, at our discretion, we may allow a minimum 50% to be made, with final payment on collection
• Due to the individual personalised nature of the finished products, all orders are final, any alterations should be notified within 24 hours or it may be too late to change
• All goods remain the property of 'george white photography' until fully paid
• Production can take between 3 - 6 weeks, however in unusual circumstance this may take longer, we will try to keep you informed in the case of any delays. If a rush job is required we will endeavour to complete it in the time requested if humanly possible. At certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas) we endeavour to decrease this time to 2 - 3 weeks, but please book early to avoid disappointment

Weddings

• Dates will only be entered in the diary on receipt of the booking fee and completed contract
• All other terms and conditions for weddings as the Master Photographers Association contract specifies (a copy is available on request)

Events

• All booking fees are payable at time of booking
• Confirmation is required in writing of all details of the event, specifically, earliest set up time, first expected arrival time, expected finish time, number of guests and any other information that may help the event to run smoothly
• Where photographs are to be printed on the night we request that guests are informed in advance that 'photographs will be available for purchase on the night'
• If text or a logo is required to be printed on the photographs, this should be made available to us at least 10 days before the event

Commercial

• Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days
• A licence to use the images for specific purposes may be granted, however the copyright of all images remain the property of 'george white photography', misuse will result in the licence being revoked and an invoice raised for the amount due.
